Hello, my name is Alex Hale and I am an Assurance Associate currently working out of McLean, VA. I did Pathways a few years ago before I got my internship and eventually started, and for me it was a great way to learn more about the differences between audit, tax, and consulting. I also got to meet a ton of really cool people that expanded my network, and I've really got my foot in the door to getting a position at RSM. In addition, it was just a great way to learn more about the day-to-day of a public accountant, which for me is a college student, was critical to us setting myself up. For my future.
