🌼Bloom is almost complete!🌼 Every detail of this project has been guided by intention. We don’t just acquire hotels and convert them—we thoughtfully design spaces that feel like home. A special shoutout to our interior designer, Sidney Underwood, the creative force behind the atmosphere of our communities. For Bloom, Sidney captured the relaxed charm of a Spanish bungalow and blended it with the understated elegance of a boutique hotel, creating a true urban oasis. 🌿 From Spanish tile to the earthy palette and intimate courtyard, every element is designed to welcome and inspire. Sidney isn’t your typical interior designer, she also works on exterior projects .
