Property Spotlight: Thea Apartments Located in Tacoma, WA, Thea Apartments is a 134-unit community acquired in July 2023. With a $2.64M renovation, the property reached 96% occupancy as of August 2025. It is also our only property with an indoor pool and sauna. This project reinforced the value of adaptability — as market conditions shifted, we adjusted our lease-up strategy and pricing model to align with demand.
