What does community mean to you? On behalf of all of us at SEARHC, we want to express our gratitude for community in all its forms this week. To us, community means showing up for one another in moments big and small. In Southeast, that might mean bringing fish to an Elder, lending a hand to a neighbor who needs help, or simply being there when someone is going through a tough time. For each of our caregivers, it's providing the best care possible for our patients, friends, and neighbors, and showing up every day with purpose, compassion, and respect. Whether that's in our clinics, on the court, or in a moment of crisis, we are immensely grateful to each of you — our community — for trusting us with your care. Share your thoughts in the comments — we’d love to hear your story.

Community is everything. Healthcare works best when it's grounded in the people and places it serves. Thank you for asking this question and living it.
