The first year after fellowship is not an easy road. This was probably one of my most stressful years including those of residency and fellowship! There is always so much to learn, we are constantly second guessing ourselves as new attendings, repeatedly going through periods of imposter syndrome. This year, I'm so proud to share that I passed my American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine hematology and medical oncology boards, met all requirements to become a shareholder with Texas Oncology and also passed my American Board of Internal Medicine medical oncology boards this year! Lastly, officially became a fellow of the American College of Physicians Fellowship! I'm so thankful for all the support from my mentors, family and friends! I'm so thankful for God's support in helping me accomplish what I thought were only dreams. <3
