🚨 Mobilink Jazz – Repeated Balance Theft Through Useless Packages Enough is enough. Mobilink Jazz has turned into a well-organized thief. They are repeatedly activating useless packages without customer permission — even after we unsubscribe multiple times. This is not just poor service — it’s daylight robbery. Here are just a few examples of the unwanted packages they force on users: 🔴 Ding Daily – Rs.10/day 🔴 JobsUp Daily – Rs.6/day 🔴 Bakhabar Kissan Daily – Rs.5/day These are activated without consent, and even when unsubscribed, they re-activate again and again. The goal is simple: keep stealing small amounts silently from millions of users. 💬 How is this allowed? 💬 Where is consumer protection? 💬 Why is PTA silent? This is not a telecom network anymore — it’s a digital pickpocket.
This is the worst network. They activate services on their own, and then even charge you to unsubscribe. I’ve complained a hundred times, but nothing ever changes. They don’t leave any balance in the SIM—keep activating useless services. There’s no peace until the balance is completely gone.
I collected Rs. 1000 from each of my group members and activated the Jazz Family Package. Unfortunately, the package is only working on my number, and none of the other members are receiving the shared data. They are now asking me about the issue, and I am very stressed. Jazz's network is extremely poor. I recently purchased a ShareVibe package through the ROX application for Rs.5,000/- which mentioned that I could add up to four family members. However, after purchasing the package, I'm unable to add family members as there is no option to do so.
