Twenty-one project managers and project engineers from our team, as well as from fellow EMCOR companies Cherokee Millwright and PPM, recently attended Management University at SIC (MUSIC). This week-long, rigorous “Project Management 101” course reviews our project management standard operating procedures. As part of MUSIC, students team up to implement what they’ve learned on a specific project case study and present their findings at the end of the course.
