With over 30 years experience in the property game it was a natural transition to now start offering power solution. The reason why I went with Sungai tilted in their favour was so brand reputation. A10 year warranty. The bolting protections. Deeper discharges, so high number of cycles and I think a number one factor was local stock and local support. So by placing 905 panels down and 900 kilowatts of Sungrow power stacks, it's reduced those peaks from 280 between 11:00 and 2:00 in the afternoon. All the way down to about 200 to sometimes 170 which the system will the power stacks as well as the ATSS and solar PV. Allowed for that quick, quick transition and a seamless approach to achieve the energy arbitrage that we were looking for. So the power that's being utilized at our shopping center, we're looking at peaks at about 280 kilowatts probably consuming around 2000 to 3000 kilowatts a day with an average bull of pre Sungrow installation or like 405 hundred thousand a month. We expect that to be in the next month or two around. 250, which is our 50% saving with regards to installation, it's easy.
