Last week’s island-wide blackout in Puerto Rico was another reminder of the grid’s ongoing instability. We’re grateful the outage didn’t last longer—and that power was restored as quickly as it was. We’re especially thankful that during the event, more than 60,000 Sunnova customers with home batteries and solar systems kept their power on, helping preserve energy resilience in a time of need. We're proud to support Puerto Rico on its path toward a more stable, reliable energy future. 🌞🔋🇵🇷 #EnergyResilience #PuertoRico
I have bought my property last year and have come to realize my neighbor is a customer of your solar company and has your solar panels installed on his roof… HOWEVER the original installation of those panels are installed about 2 feet onto my property on my roof. I do not understand the thought process of the people who handled the install and why they thought it was ok to install solar panels onto a property in which they did not have permission. My bedroom underneath where those solar panels are installed currently has become excessively damaged due to water getting underneath the panels and underneath the screws where the panels attach to the roof, i have water damage all through out my attic and the water has gotten so bad that the attic has been dripping water into my ceiling and now my bedroom ceiling is covered in water stains. It has been raining nearly every day where i live and damage is getting worse by the day every time it rains. A ticket was created about a month ago and was closed out. After numerous complaints and phone calls the ticket was then reopened and under review. I am attempting to get an update from the case manager (Mary Lourd Abadingo)and she has yet to call me back,
your website hero section design is so great!
I’ve been trying to get Sunnova to come to my house and fix my solar panels that were installed incorrectly. I have been getting the runaround from them and they are not giving me straight answers. Super unprofessional. I also personally emailed Paul and have not received an answer back.
Important case study. Glad it was a shorter outage.
I need help from someone at SUNNOVA to remove my HIS license. Who can I speak with?
