R2v3 compliance isn’t just one checkbox. ThinkTLS is certified across key Appendix categories and actively manages downstream tracking, secure data handling, testing, materials recovery, and brokering as part of a fully accountable ITAD process. Most ITAD programs focus on only part of the lifecycle. That’s the difference between checking a box and managing real risk.

🚨 Attention IT leaders 🚨 If you’re still managing certificates manually, this isn’t a future problem, it’s an immediate operational risk. On 15 March 2026 the CA/B Forum’s first certificate-lifetime reduction takes effect, that’s less than three months away. Public TLS certificate maximum lifetimes drop from 398 days to 200 days, with further reductions to 100 days (2027) and 47 days (2029) to follow. Domain validation reuse windows will also shrink dramatically, ultimately down to 10 days. Shorter lifetimes and tighter validation windows make manual processes brittle: missed renewals, delayed rekeys, or stale validation data can and will cause service outages and business disruption. If you haven’t started looking into automating your certificate process, treat this as a production‑critical project with executive visibility. Get in touch today.

ISO 20022 camt.056 vs FedNow Return Request - Same Message, Different Meaning! While working with ISO 20022 and FedNow, I noticed something interesting about the camt.056 message. In ISO 20022, camt.056 is defined as "Fl To Fl Payment Cancellation Request" In FedNow, the same message is referred to as "Return Request" At first glance, this seems confusing - but here is the key insight: Both use the same XML root tag: FIToFIPmtCxlReq The structure is identical, but the business context differs. Why the difference? ISO 20022 provides a generic definition for global interoperability , cancel a payment instruction. FedNow adapts it for its specific workflow returning funds after settlement (e.g.for fraud or error). So don't get misled by the naming. The schema is the same , only the interpretation changes based on the payment system's business rules. This is a great example of how standards remain consistent, but implementations vary to meet operational needs.

Authorization issues aren’t admin problems… they’re risk ⚠️🔍 Missing signatures. Improper POA language. Clients “thinking they signed” but didn’t. ✍️❌ Main Issue: Authorization issues delay disputes and increase compliance exposure. If your file isn’t clean, you’re stuck—work slows down, refunds increase, and your business takes on unnecessary risk. 🚫📉 Systemize it: ⦁ One approved POA/authorization packet ⦁ “No signature, no action” internal rule ✅ ⦁ E-sign flow + automated follow-ups 📩 ⦁ Checkpoints before any dispute activity begins ScoreCEO helps you systemize authorization and signature controls—so compliance risk drops, dispute work doesn’t pause midstream, and your team stays consistent. 🚀 #ScoreCEO #Compliance #CreditRepairBusiness #RiskManagement #OperationsManagement #Documentation #ClientOnboarding #Esignature #SOP #Scaling
