Hiring HR Generalist and Technical Recruiter (Egypt) Company description SWATX is an IT consultancy and excellence technology partner with offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Egypt, Muscat, and Poland. Covering Europe Middle East and Africa regions, SWATX offers a wide range of IT consultancy, project/ program management and Information Technology services including IT Consulting, IT Outsourcing, Offshoring, IT Managed and Operation Services, IT Professional Services, infrastructure, network and security implementation and deployment. Responsibilities: • Key player in day to day HR operations and recruitment. • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees. • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law in covered regions and countries • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommend best practices, review policies, and practices to maintain compliance. • Conduct employee onboarding, visas, residencies, social insurance, medical insurance and HR related requirements in the covered regions. • Maintain knowledge of nationality specific to residencies in the covered regions. • Maintain knowledge of the new technologies in human resources, talent management • Achieve and maintain target in HR operations, hiring and retaining employees. • Take care of hiring, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating and prepare job offers. • Writing and posting job descriptions and requirements on all relevant platforms. • Sourcing potential candidates and conduct pre-screening to qualifications, and specialized skills. • Reach out to passive and active candidates for relevant opportunities and engagements. • Create and manage resource pool database and potential candidates. • Presenting the resumes in the required format to the hiring manager, and maintaining control and follow-up on the status and feedback. • Maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders (employees, candidates, customer’s spoke person, medical insurance providers, visa and residencies agencies, ..) • Forecasting new recruitment and engagement opportunities. • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements and skills: • Proven work experience in HR and Technical recruitment • High sense of ownership, time management, prioritization, multitasking abilities. • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening • Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels. • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation. • Excellent strategic planning and problem solving skills To apply plz send your resume with applying title in the subject line to careers@swatxsolutions.com
