Order id : #226575744955334 Another day, another disappointing experience with Swiggy. Today, I ordered a meal and paid extra charges for add-ons: • ₹25 for laccha onions – delivered in poor quality even the onions are different. • ₹19 for butter & curd – butter was completely missing If customers are paying extra for add-ons, they should receive exactly what they paid for. Delivering substandard quality or missing items is unacceptable. To be clear, the paratha was good, and I am not asking for a refund for that. I am only requesting a refund of ₹25 + ₹19 for the items that were either missing or not up to the mark. Swiggy, experiences like this raise serious concerns about quality checks and accountability. I hope this issue is addressed promptly and professionally. Order ID 226476151937694 THERE IS NOONE WHO CAN LISTEN THE CONCERN EXCEPT THE STUPID CHATBOT. MY ORDER DELAYED MORE THAN 60 MIN. IS THERE ANY VALUE DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER TIME? I ordered the food on 11 33AM I got the food on 1 PM. Why? Noone was there except the stupid chatbot that was only increasing the delivery time. I want refund of my 298 rupees. The food was nit hot and due to winter weather it was bad in cold condition. I didn't eat that food and swiggy waste my sunday. Initiate refund to me #swiggy Swiggy Cares Swiggy Swiggy

Sharing a recent experience with Instamart (Swiggy). My order #226430264360451 for a mobile charger was canceled with 100% charges, despite me not receiving any call from the delivery partner or backend team. I was advised to connect via email, but I’m still awaiting a response. Timely communication and transparency matter in customer support.
