One of the things that like mess you up as a kid, what are the things that you're like striving to to achieve and if finding a place that fits in with that because you stand up, you spend a lot of time at work. A lot of your life is gonna be spent at work with people that you might not like. And next thing you know like decades still buy and like, holy **** what am I doing? Like I don't want to be here and yeah like they're paying me really well. So that's why I'm sticking around. But it's sad the police that I ultimately. Feel like I I belong or doing the work that I want to do it. In more practical terms, the biggest piece of advice that I have for people especially like there are more nerdy is to find a place where that role is revenue generated. In a lot of organizations doing data work is is. Supporting function, like even when you're working in a, an investment bank or even a hedge fund, you are supporting the things that ultimately make money for that that business. If you can be in a place where your job is revenue generating, you'll be happier, You'll know you also make more money. You'll be surrounded by people that are interested in the same kind of thing. It's like companies are a great example of that, where if you working, if there are technical person working at that company, you can do great things. But for a technical person working at Goldman Sachs, you'd have a great career, you know, but it's not quite there's gonna be something missing. My my advice is, I guess find something that you you love doing, but then also find a group of people in an organization where that thing is going to be respected and you're gonna be surrounded by other people that can, that can help pull you out.
