Torrens to Darlington Project’s Post

Big preparations underway before tunnelling kicks off 🏗️ At the Central North Construction Precinct in Richmond, we've built a massive bentonite plant. This plant will produce and recycle bentonite slurry, a special wet clay used to keep the ground stable during construction. We've installed nine 14m tall silos, which are capable of holding 90,000 litres of bentonite slurry each. #T2DProject #NonStopSouthRoad #BentoniteSlurry #BentoniteSilos #EngineeringInAction

Pro tip: Raw material Bentonite is a key ingredient in face masks. Great for exfoliating and detoxifying. Just in case there's extras

Just wondering how many of our Ancestors were dug up in the process! nothing much has since the 1800's when digging up our Ancestors commenced for development and settlement. We don't have an issue with development but not at the expense of our Ancestors.
