Tamer Zanaty’s Post

Early this week, I had the pleasure of joining three prominent coaching experts in the Arab world - Lina El-Assaad PCC, CPCC, ORSC, Ebtihal Taha PCC, and Osama Al-Mosa, MCC/ ACTC/ ITCA - for an enriching and inspiring discussion organized by the Arab Coach Development Foundation. The session provided an exceptional opportunity to explore the profound transformations occurring in the coaching world as AI technologies rapidly evolve. We covered diverse topics: 🔹 We examined how the coaching landscape is changing with AI advancements and how coaches can adapt to and benefit from these changes. 🔹 We deeply discussed a pivotal question: Is AI a competitor or supporter of coaches? We agreed that technology, when used wisely, can be a powerful tool that enhances a coach's capabilities and expands their impact. 🔹 We identified essential new skills for coaches in the digital era and how to develop these skills to maximize emerging opportunities. 🔹 We exchanged ideas on maintaining the human touch in an accelerating digital world, as human connection remains the essence of coaching regardless of technological advances. 🔹 We shared real-world experiences from both Arab and global contexts, demonstrating how AI is being effectively integrated into coaching practices. One of our key conclusions was that AI will make coaching services accessible to broader segments of people who previously couldn't access them due to cost or the limited number of clients a coach can serve. Additionally, AI has an important educational role that will help spread coaching culture more widely. We emphasized the importance of positive engagement with AI developments and active contribution to shaping the future of its applications in coaching to achieve results that serve humanity and enhance the effectiveness of this noble profession. Thank you to my esteemed colleagues for their valuable contributions and profound insights, and thank you all for following this fruitful discussion. 🙏✨ You can find the YouTube link to the full session recording in the first comment below. #CoachingAndAI #InternationalCoachingWeek #FutureOfCoaching
