Big congratulations to Blake Aldridge, who has been promoted to Operations Manager at TechFW! Since day one, Blake has brought curiosity, creative problem-solving, and an incredible spirit of learning to our team. After Bruce Raben Raben introduced him to TechFW, Blake joined our team with a goal to try something different—and he's been doing exactly that: leading projects, optimizing operations, and helping build a stronger startup community every single day. From streamlining internal systems to launching his first Startup Bites event, Blake’s favorite part of the job has been building meaningful relationships with founders and seeing their journeys firsthand. In Blake’s words: "The best thing about TechFW? The freedom to try, to fail, and to grow. Every day is different, and every day I learn something new." Blake is also proud to now officially serve as a Notary Public, another step in expanding his toolkit to support our entrepreneurs and programs even further.
