Couldn't agree more, The Whole Group! Would have loved to see Contract Lifecycle Management called out in the connected experience well. Its the link between CPQ and Order Management for most businesses. The good news is that the CRM platform of the future, #ServiceNow has a robust CLM solution built on the platform!
