Some thank yous are best delivered in person! Cheers to Peers has always been the #TigerTribe way of saying thanks. For years, we've gathered virtually to celebrate teammates, mentors, and the people who make work better. This year, we brought it home! Cheers to Peers stations popped up across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Cards, colorful stickers, pens, and tons of gratitude. 🔸Teamie Tuesday was for the everyday heroes, lunch buddies, desk neighbors, the ones who make Mondays bearable. 🔸Who Inspired You Wednesday belonged to mentors and guides who helped us grow. 🔸Thankful Thursday was for the people who keep things running prim and proper. Our appreciation walls filled up fast. Sticky notes, handwritten messages, little bursts of gratitude everywhere you looked. Turns out, handing someone a card hits different than sending a message. So we thought it. We inked it. We shared it. #CheersToPeers #TigerTribe #TeamieTuesday #WhoInspiredYouWednesday #ThankfulThursday #ThinkItInkItShareIt

A thoughtful celebration, and seeing gratitude expressed in person shows how small gestures can strengthen connection and culture across teams.
