Hai amranas. I'm a director on the content capability at 2 Circles and we are here at the Kia Oval for the final event of our 2025 Diversity in Sports programme. The Divesting Sports programme is designed for individuals from underrepresented groups within sports industry and to help them break into the industry. I think the most valuable part of the program has just been the mentorship itself, actually getting to connect with someone in the industry, being someone who came from outside of it, my degree. Is, you know, in something not sport related, getting the chance to actually talk to someone in the field doing the work of the role that I would like to work in was super valuable. And if I wasn't on the program, I would have missed out on getting to connect with a lot of people that I now know as a result of being associated with two circles. 6 is on from the start of diversity in sports. I'm definitely most proud of the longevity of the program and and we're really fortunate that even from the first couple of years of the program. Now we've got people that have developed in their career to the point that they're now having their own impact in decision making roles. I think it's really good to have different generations of the industry coming together. That actually doesn't happen very much. I think it's such an important programme where we always talk in sport about breaking down barriers, being more inclusive. EDI is always a buzzword, but this is actually standing by it. This is giving opportunities, growth and introductions to young people. Who wouldn't necessarily exposed to this environment? My favorite part of this cohort was probably getting to know industry specialists and also recognizing my own talent. BBC Sport H and come up ideas have a long process. We can actually like formulate what happens in the day. Today in a sports marketing company is really, really fun. So one thing I was really impressed with in terms of the networking is how everybody just went into it. They brought their personality, they brought their knowledge and critically, they were so keen to ask questions. I think they were so fearless. And brave and just really happy to get stuck in and build those relationships that we've been talking about.
