Two Roads Brewing Company’s Post

At Two Roads Brewing Co., mindfulness isn't just a trend; it's a tool for clarity, resilience, and better connection at work and in life. As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we hosted a live Mindfulness for Stress Reduction workshop with William Jackson, a Harvard and Tufts-appointed clinical psychologist and former Buddhist monk. In our Vault Room, surrounded by barrels and positive energy, William guided us through the reasons why our minds wander, how stress influences our reactions, and how mindfulness provides a way to return to the center. To keep the momentum going, we launched a 7-Day Mindfulness Challenge, with daily prompts, guided meditations, and, yes, a little friendly competition (and Wellness Boxes for top participants!). Today marks the final day of the challenge, and we're so proud of the team members who committed to building new habits, one mindful breath at a time. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MindfulnessAtWork #TwoRoadsBrewing #TeamWellbeing #PeopleFirst
