UD Trucks India’s Post

We celebrated DE&I Week 2025 with the global theme: “Access for All: No Barriers, Only Bridges.”   Across the week, our teams came together to reflect on what Diversity, Equity & Inclusion truly mean at UD Trucks connecting across differences, sharing stories, and strengthening our commitment to an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.   We hosted a range of engaging activities, from the DE&I Quiz Challenge that made learning fun and competitive, to the Experience Stations themed around different dimensions of diversity like Genetic, Generation, Geography, and Gender and offered hands-on insights and reflections to our colleagues on creating intentional inclusivity in such diverse environment. The celebrations wrapped up with a vibrant Ethnic Day, where colleagues across locations showcased India’s rich cultural diversity with pride.
