UMH Properties was proud to showcase three homes at U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Innovative Housing Showcase on September 9–10, 2025. This annual event highlights the innovations shaping manufactured housing and welcomed leaders such as HUD Secretary Scott Turner and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, along with members of the public who toured manufactured homes—many for the first time. Our featured homes included a Ritz-Craft model with GAF Energy solar shingles and an Anker home battery (now at Cinnamon Woods in Maryland), a Cavco Industries, Inc. home (now at Rolling Hills in Pennsylvania), and a Champion Home Builders, Inc. home (now at Woodland Manor in New York). Events like this demonstrate how manufactured housing is an essential tool in addressing the housing crisis.

Thanks to everyone at UMH Properties, Inc. for sponsoring this watershed event since the beginning and for partnering with your builders to promote affordable homes and communities so that our federal representatives and the public at large can see the value for themselves. Proud to be working with you all on in this impactful event and venue!
