As a national intermediary working at the heart of housing, community, and economic development, at USI, we prioritize making space for the conversations that matter. We bring people together to share knowledge, build trust, and tackle the complex challenges facing our communities. Because we believe that when we work together, we can achieve more. Today, more than 70 participants from organizations across the country joined us for a powerful conversation with housing leaders from New Orleans, Louisville, Chicago, and Philadelphia. Together, we explored how the Housing Choice Voucher program can be a pathway to homeownership—even in the face of rising barriers to affordable housing. This dialogue is one example of how we create opportunities to learn from each other and drive real change—community by community, family by family.
