🏆 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 I’m proud that our 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 & 𝐀𝐈 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲’𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥é 𝐂𝐈𝐎 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, honoring IT achievements that drive business value. Thanks to incredible teamwork within our group and strong collaboration across IT Streams, Regions, and partners beyond IT, 𝐰𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝐊 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 now engage with our Everyday AI tools, and 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥é 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞. This year was special for me. Joining IT as a Communications Partner in February 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲. I’ve come to appreciate how critical IT is for a company of Nestlé’s scale: not only to keep systems running 24/7, securely and efficiently, but also to stay ahead of the curve, transform, and be future-ready. As someone with almost no technical background, I’ve been deeply moved by the team’s patience and openness in answering my endless “why’s” and “how’s. Our award’s category - “𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘣𝘺 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘴” – therefore has a double meaning for me: we 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦, and 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞. This award is a milestone, not the finish line.
