But his role doesn’t stop at the books—he also collaborates closely with Michael Niederer on the asset management team, helping monitor the performance of each preferred equity and JV Hybrid equity investment on a deeper level through data processing and financial analysis. Cole plays a key role in supporting capital draw approvals, tracking financial performance, and ensuring our investments remain on course. Whether reconciling accounts, analyzing trends, or meeting with operators, he brings accuracy, diligence, and a hands-on approach to Wellings on both the fund and investment level.
