This week at our 2025 Top GM Conference, keynote speaker Justin Patton, CSP led an engaging conversation with attendees about the importance of presence in leadership, challenging them to think deeply about how they show up for their teams and customers. We also announced our Top of the Top global GMs, who were selected from this year’s top 200 for their exceptional leadership, performance, and impact. Wendy’s Interim CEO and CFO Ken Cook joined President U.S. Pete Suerken, President International E.J. Wunsch, and Chief People Officer Coley O'Brien to recognize these nine best-of-the-best. The conference wrapped up with a meet and greet for attendees with our brand’s namesake, Wendy Thomas. Take a look at a few of our favorite highlights as we celebrated the top three percent of Wendy’s General Managers from around the globe.

Wendy Thomas was there?? I have a new life goal to meet her!
I like that the focus wasn’t just on performance, it was on presence. It’s easy to celebrate outcomes, but much harder (and more important) to spotlight how leaders actually show up for their people.
Well done Jordan Green - Flying the flag for Square Burgers 🍔 🇬🇧 we couldn’t me more proud of you & congratulations on all your achievements & awards, very well deserved!! 💚
