Here's a project we've been working on in the background - and today being the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities it seems like the right time to share it. Along with the wonderful Angelique Waker and Rachel Coffey we had a go at unpacking some of the challenges that lie in how inclusive media is, and some of the things we can start to do to change it. I don't pretend to be an expert in this space (or at podcasting!), and I'm sure I'm making mistakes, but I do passionately believe that our words, language and choices do matter, so if this helps to promote a thought or a conversation, then that is some small progress.
