It's a shame you didn't represent your passengers delayed at gate 38 for 19.40 flight from otp to Luton on 29th august who were left at the gate for over an hour with no information and very rude and uncaring gate staff. Blame for delay was, according to on flight staff, a result of this airshow. Despite numerous complaints to your social media team from at least 3 separate X accounts I am no nearer to having an answer to my complaint. For an airline as big as yours that claims to care for its customers, this is a pretty poor show.
