Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Post

The beginning of a world-class culinary journey for our guests in Ras Al Khaimah.   Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced the first two restaurants set to debut when the Middle East’s first integrated gaming resort opens in Spring 2027; an elegant French-American steakhouse with Alain Ducasse, and the global expansion of The h.wood Group's phenomenally popular Delilah, that will blend imaginative dining with the feel of 1950s supper clubs from New York to Beirut.   Each reflects the sophistication and unexpected detail created by Wynn Design & Development, and reinforces our commitment to create 22 unforgettable culinary experiences within our ground-breaking destination.

In hospitality, there’s always this pull to stay relevant as we get older. But the shift is clear: the new 20-somethings are choosing church over bars, saying no to alcohol, and valuing commitment over casual. I’m lucky to be the father of a 25-year-old—it keeps me learning from this generation every day. Just recently, a young front desk associate summed it up perfectly: “Wear a tie and be humble.” That’s the reset. And it’s a reminder—we’re building for future generations, not for ourselves.Wynn Al Marjan Island

A remarkable milestone for Wynn Al Marjan Island and the UAE’s luxury tourism landscape. The collaboration with world-renowned culinary icons like Alain Ducasse and The h.wood Group perfectly captures Wynn’s ability to blend world-class hospitality, artistry, and cultural depth. This vision not only elevates the region’s fine dining scene but also strengthens the project’s global investment appeal. Exciting to see Wynn Resorts consistently redefining what integrated resort experiences mean for the Middle East and beyond.

Alain Ducasse and Delilah as anchors? That's not just restaurant announcements—that's destination positioning. RAK is making a statement that it's competing in the luxury tier, not budget alternative. Integrated resorts succeed or fail on the F&B strategy. 22 concepts is aggressive, but when done right, it creates the all-day/all-night ecosystem that keeps people on-property and drives ancillary spending. The real estate play here is massive—surrounding residential and retail automatically gains premium when world-class dining infrastructure locks in. Spring 2027 gives time to build anticipation. Curious how this shifts investment focus toward Al Marjan—property values typically move 18-24 months ahead of these openings when smart money sees what's coming.

I was working with the Waldorf Astoria RAK...2024 and believe it...the Wynn RAK was totally on the ground construction. Recently, I checked it out....a mega construction going on.

And this is just the beginning… 😊 If there were any lingering doubts about Wynn Al Marjan Island becoming THE destination of 2027, this announcement should put them to rest. Stay tuned. The future is looking bright—and we are building it.

Wynn Al Marjan Island’s development is truly inspiring — a groundbreaking moment for luxury hospitality and integrated entertainment in the Middle East. With Wynn’s legacy of exceptional guest experiences and premium gaming, this project presents an incredible opportunity to connect and engage new audiences across Southeast Asia, where demand for world-class leisure and resort experiences continues to rise. As someone passionate about international marketing and VIP relationship management, I’m excited about Wynn’s vision and would be honored to contribute toward bringing high-value guests from across Asia to experience the Wynn Al Marjan Island standard of excellence.

I cannot wait to see how all these fantastic experiences create the ultimate indulgence and immersive guest experiences!

Excellent! The Wynn does it right.

It will be our pleasure to host Mr. Ducasse again, after our Building Leisure Buildings inspiration session in the world-famous Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris. Wynn Al Marjan Island will become a culinary hotspot in the region. Well done Tom. And this is just the start...
