The Lupin Executive Leadership Committee spent last week in the Netherlands, beginning with a visit to our cutting-edge, specialised R&D centre, Nanomi in Oldenzaal, followed by a two-day Team Effectiveness Workshop in Amsterdam. Meeting our exceptionally talented scientists and research teams at Nanomi and learning firsthand about their achievements, innovations, and challenges—was truly inspiring. We also had the pleasure of celebrating their recent successes, a testament to their relentless pursuit of excellence. Our two days in Amsterdam were equally enriching. The Team Effectiveness Workshop marked another significant step in our journey toward becoming a truly high-performing, aligned, and future-ready Top Team. As the saying goes, “Teams that learn together, rise together.” The strength of a team lies not only in its collective capability but in its shared commitment to grow, stretch, and evolve. Thank you to Orla Leonard for yet another outstanding session. There is so much more to look forward to as we continue this journey together. We also made time for some fun. The Amsterdam canal cruise and dinner were absolutely delightful—beautifully crafted team-bonding experiences. Thank you, Vinita and Nilesh, for curating such moments for our team which are as memorable as they are meaningful. On a personal note, the trip felt particularly special.
