I largely agree (especially with the criticisms of a dead-and-buried business model), but perhaps it seems more like a guideline for a performance marketing firm than a creative agency. Just to name a few: how do you manage client rework? How do you reconcile a machine with the brainless ideas of a marketing manager? How do you truly differentiate positioning strategies or enhance creativity that isn't tied to numbers (for example, Burger King's moldy hamburger campaign)? In short, it seems like a good optimization effort, but perhaps it will become a business model if it also works with the distortions and absurdities that come from outside.
