📢 Advocacy That Makes a Difference 

This year, our efforts helped lead to two major victories: 

• Less paperwork, more patient care – Medicare revised its plan of care certification requirements, reducing administrative burdens for clinicians. 

• Better access, better outcomes – Medicare lifted outdated supervision requirements for PTAs and OTAs in private practice, allowing for more efficient, high-quality care.  

And we’re not stopping there. With ongoing Medicare reimbursement cuts threatening the sustainability of our profession, we are committed to fighting for fair pay and pushing back against arbitrary reductions – because our clinicians deserve to be valued for their expertise and dedication.
