SANDEEP NAVLAKHE has joined Godrej Properties Limited as the Chief Operating Officer – Pan India, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious career. With over 30 years of experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects, Sandeep has held pivotal roles across leading organizations such as Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, Tata Projects, Lodha Group, and Larsen & Toubro. His leadership in managing multifaceted projects across airports, residential complexes, and commercial developments positions him as a valuable asset to Godrej Properties’ growth ambitions.
Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF). He will also serve on the Forum’s Executive Committee, where he will contribute to shaping strategic and economic collaboration between the two nations.
Priya Nair has been named as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), effective August 1, 2025. A seasoned Unilever leader, Nair has been with the company since 1995 and has held several pivotal leadership positions including Executive Director – Home Care, Executive Director – Beauty & Personal Care, and most recently, President of the €12 billion Beauty & Wellbeing division at Unilever. Her appointment is for a five-year term and is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
Mahalakshmi R has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Apollo Tyres Ltd, effective immediately. With nearly three decades of HR experience across India, Africa, the UK, and Southeast Asia, she now joins the company’s Global Executive Committee (ExCom).
Ranjeeka Sachdev has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at BMW Group India. In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy—driving talent management, organizational transformation, and an inclusive culture aligned with BMW’s global vision.
Pooja Aggarwal has joined Fenesta Windows as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing with her over 18 years of cross-industry experience in financial services, textiles, and elevators. Prior to this, she held several senior leadership positions at the Schindler Group, including Managing Director and Business Head of Schindler Lifts NZ Ltd. Her earlier stints at the Aditya Birla Group saw her excel in multiple roles such as Category Director, Head of Young Talent Management at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd, and Head of Key Accounts at Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management.
Ananya Birla takes over Birla Cosmetics Private Limited as Founder & Managing Director a new beauty venture she launched. The appointment marks her formal entry into the wellness and cosmetics industry, aligning with her broader vision of creating inclusive, innovation-driven consumer brands.
Neeraj Gambhir has been appointed as the Executive Director at Axis Bank for a term of three years, effective August 4, 2025, or from the date of approval by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), whichever is later. His appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Ajit Kumar Pandey has joined Kalpataru Power Chile SpA as Head – HR & Admin, marking a significant milestone in his global HR leadership journey. Based in Santiago, Chile, Ajit takes on the responsibility of aligning people strategies with business goals in one of Kalpataru’s key international operations.
Himadri Mukherjee has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Quality at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, where he will oversee quality functions across both TAFE and TMTL. In his new role, Himadri will lead quality transformation through operational excellence and customer-centric strategies, reinforcing TAFE’s commitment to powering India’s rural and agricultural progress.
