🌍 GRC MARKET UPDATE: 🇩🇪🇬🇧 Global Travel, Major Launch (GRC Stack), Market Momentum & Fresh Inquiries

After being on the road nearly every week since early September — sometimes home for weekends or a scattered weekday — I’m finally catching my breath this week in the U.S. for the Thanksgiving holiday. Then the final sprint of 2025 begins. See the bottom of the article on the latest from organizations looking for GRC solutions . . .

Here’s where I’ll be over the next few weeks:

  • Chicago – Monday, December 1
  • Munich – December 2–6. I’ll be teaching my Risk & Resilience by Design workshop hosted by Mitratech and meeting with several organizations in the Munich area.
  • London – December 6–12. A full week of meetings across the City. I’ll be delivering my Corporate Risk Management workshop to a full house with a special focus on UK Corporate Governance Code Provision 29 hosted by CRISAM. A number of the organizations I’m meeting with are preparing RFPs for 2026 — the level of market activity is significant.
  • Saudi Arabia – Last week of January
  • India – First week of February

Last week on LinkedIn was particularly active for me on my personal page:

The level of engagement continues to reflect the accelerating momentum across GRC globally.

🚀 A Major Announcement from GRC Report

This year has been transformative for GRC Report (www.GRCreport.com). The site crossed a major milestone — more than 1.2 million visits, representing 515% year-over-year growth, all without a single dollar spent on advertising. The message is clear: the global GRC community is hungry for clarity, structure, and trusted insight into GRC developments, news, and expert insights.

As many of you have heard me say in briefings, today’s software review and discovery platforms simply do not work for GRC. The incentives are misaligned, the reviews are untrustworthy, the taxonomies are fragmented, and the GRC market rarely receives the attention it deserves.

So we’re building something new — something purpose-built for our universe.

I’m pleased to announce GRC Stack Search and GRC Stack Help, a next-generation solution discovery and connection platform designed to bring order, integrity, and real research value to the GRC market. GRC Stack Search provides a unified research taxonomy, vendor-curated solution pages, and the ability to navigate the market by capability, use case, and category with precision that has never previously existed. GRC Stack Help opens a new channel for direct, authentic interaction between professionals and solution providers — without the noise and without the games.

We have now opened early access. The Pre-Sale Activation for GRC solution providers includes a locked-in rate until 2029, limited to the first 100 organizations (of which 87 are available). This includes lead generation, solution profiles, curated content collections, and product placements in article footers across the GRC Report network.

Those who want early access details can simply email William Gonyer (wg@grcreport.com) — who can send you the full pre-sale overview.

The future of GRC solution discovery is coming, and I’m excited to bring the community into this next phase.

🎤 Sales Kickoffs & Market Training for 2026

We are in the middle of an extremely active sales training and kickoff season.

Last week I delivered a global GRC market briefing to ~700 registered sales professionals at IBM, covering the state of the GRC market, regional trends, industry-specific drivers, and a breakdown across GRC technology segments.

In January and February, I will be doing multiple sales kickoff keynotes and online training sessions for GRC solution providers — helping teams understand buyer expectations, how organizations are framing their 2026+ GRC strategies, and what’s driving competitive wins and losses.

If your sales organization needs a 2026 market reset or competitive intelligence session, reach out — my Q1 calendar is filling up . . .

As always, thank you for your engagement, collaboration, and partnership across the GRC ecosystem. The pace of change is accelerating, RFP velocity remains high moving into 2026, and the global market is more active now than at any point in the past decade.
