New to the Crew

We’re excited to welcome three new members to the haku crew! Troy Weinberg is joining us as a Senior Account Executive, Kevin Fraga as our new Finance Operations Manager, and Amanda Cabrera as our new Office Manager. We’re so happy to have them on board and can’t wait to see all the great things they'll bring to the team!

Event Highlights

Running Industry Alliance Spring Gathering

The Running Industry Alliance (RIA) & The Running Conference (TRC) Spring Gathering was a huge success! Jaclyn L. and Sabrina Mazza had a fantastic time across the pond in the UK, connecting with race organizers and leading voices in the endurance industry. We’re excited to see what the future holds!

AFP ICON

Jaclyn L. , Sabrina Mazza , James Cradle Jr , and Pedro M Escobar had a great week at AFP ICON in Seattle! They enjoyed connecting with so many amazing people in the nonprofit space, sharing ideas, and learning from others. Jaclyn L. even hosted a workshop on scaling personalized stewardship, which was a big highlight!

Miami Corporate Run

The Miami Corporate Run was a huge success, as always, with over 18,000 participants making it another awesome event! The haku team enjoyed helping with registration and on-site logistics. Our haku Run Club, along with other team members, joined in on the 5k, and many even achieved personal bests! We can’t wait to be back next year for more!

Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K

Kyleigh Asencio , Olivia Thaler , Paola Llaneza , Marcos Capote, and Gio G. were on the ground for the Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K, an iconic race set against the beautiful backdrop of the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California. The team had an amazing time supporting such an awesome event.

Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon

The race saw hundreds of runners and supporters come together for a day of remembrance and strength. The team including Sarah Vulcain Appolon , Jose Escobar , and Jan Checo were honored to support this event.

Vienna City Marathon

Paula Beebe and Sallie Post had an amazing time in Vienna for the Vienna City Marathon! Ethiopia’s Haftamu Abadi made history as the youngest male winner, finishing with a time of 2:08:28. This made for another great race in Vienna City!

European Running Championships

Paula Beebe & Sallie Post also enjoyed supporting the European Running Championships & helping assist with a great event with many amazing runners!

The Eau Claire Marathon

This year marked haku’s first time supporting the incredible Eau Claire Marathon — and it was a huge success! Joselyn Jimenez and Nicole Gallardo represented the haku team on-site, helping runners from across the country as they prepared to race through the scenic streets of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. From assisting with event registration to training volunteers at the expo and on race day, the haku team helped make sure everything ran smoothly. They enjoyed partnering with the fantastic Eau Claire Marathon team to help make the event a success!

Ohio State 4 Miler

Suzanne Jones and Jeanne Medina headed to Ohio for the Ohio State 4 Miler! Runners had the unique experience of crossing the finish line right at the 50-yard line of the iconic Buckeyes stadium! With OSU winning the national football championship, there was a special kind of energy around this year’s event. To tap into that excitement, the team offered a Championship Experience—an optional add-on where fans could pay to get a photo with the national championship trophies and a few OSU players. It was available during registration, in their accounts, and even through the store. While it wasn’t part of the race itself, it added a unique, personal touch for supporters and gave them a chance to celebrate a huge moment in OSU history!

OhioHealth Capital City Half & Quarter Marathon

Suzanne Jones and Eileen LaMontagne had a blast supporting and welcoming over 10,000 runners to the OhioHealth Capital City Half & Quarter Marathon (also known as the "Best Tour Of Columbus On Two Feet"). It was a successful race with many great participants!

Big Sur Marathon

Another successful Big Sur Marathon in the books! Allison Medina, MBA , Ally McFarland , and Ornella Cedeno had a great time supporting the event, which takes runners through the scenic Big Sur, California. They assisted with event day logistics and provided on-site support, helping everything run smoothly!

Smarter Reporting A new “Exports” page gives you visibility into report history, status, and access, with options to re-download or retry exports—and even share them across your organization.

Stronger Giving Experience Updates to donation flows now include mission context and a link to the thank-you page when Double the Donation is enabled—making donor communication even more seamless and transparent.

Improved International Support Language preferences can now be mapped during both registration and community imports, ensuring the right communications go out to every participant.

Usability Wins Across the Board

✅ Adults can now view and manage rewards for minors

✅ Fulfillment details now visible on the order page
