Kryptonite-"Happiness"

"I use kryptonite here to denote that one thing..that changes us from dull, sad, beaten...into a moment of joy or happiness or hope."

So, I am away on business trip and this friend of mine tells me to find time to take a walk on the beach.....my business meetings end late and I don't make it to take the walk because the tide is already high.

However that same evening as I walk to the hotel room, I pause to watch the band playing music-every time a new song played, a group of people stood to dance while another went back to sit......

There is always that one thing, a midst everything we are going through, that one thing (that will bring life into us, a smile.....happiness.....)..this is what I call kryptonite. Often than not we forget these things....but they are the most we should remember...despite everything else..otherwise then, how do you ever say you lived on this planet....earth.

Listen to that "song" that plays inside of you..."get up and dance"....
