Leadr Pulse | Lead well by locking in team rhythms

Hey there,

This time of year can feel like a sprint in every direction.

Finish the year strong. Plan for 2026. Hit goals, lead meetings, approve budgets, manage people.

Anyone else feel like their head is swimming and tasks keep piling up?

I’ve talked with a lot of leaders lately who feel pulled in all directions and still wonder if they’re doing the right things.

That pressure is real.

And the answer isn’t to push harder.

It’s to get clearer.

Because the goal isn’t just to finish the year.

It’s to know what the finish line actually looks like.

When priorities blur, teams drift.

When managers lose clarity, people fill in the gaps on their own. Or they make themselves busy with no impact.

That’s why this week, I’m asking one question:

Do your managers know what matters most, right now?

Not next quarter. Not after planning wraps. Right now.

Because clarity creates calm.

And consistency is what people crave when everything else feels in motion.

Here’s one way to lead well this week:

Pick one team rhythm and lock it in for the rest of the year:

✔️ A 1:1 that focuses on blockers, not just status updates

✔️ A visible goal - have it be something your team can rally around

✔️ A quick conversation that reminds your people they’re not alone in this

It doesn’t have to be big. But it does need to be intentional.

Because in seasons like this, leadership isn’t about the finish line. It’s about serving your people well -so they can serve your clients with confidence.

Lead on,
