Leadr Pulse | What’s haunting your leadership this year?

Hey there,

As October wraps up, many of us here in the U.S. are celebrating Halloween, a night of costumes, candy, and a few good-natured scares.

That’s all in the name of fun, but in leadership, the surprises we often face are real.

They show up in shifting priorities, new technologies, and the constant challenge of leading people well through change.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve talked about how leadership development is evolving, from making meetings more effective to improving performance reviews to finding better ways to help managers grow.

AI has and will be a big part of that conversation.

And every leader I talk with seems to be in a different place on that.

Some are already using new tools for feedback and coaching.

Others are focused on building more consistency in their 1:1s and team rhythms before adding anything new.

And many are still cautious, wanting to make sure they get it right.

Here’s the truth:

The future of leadership development will look different for every organization because it’s being shaped by the leaders living it every day.

That’s why I’d love your input on this short survey.

Your responses will help us get a better “pulse” on what’s top of mind for leaders right now:

It takes less than a minute, and we’ll share the results and insights in our November Pulse.

Because leadership isn’t about keeping up with change, it’s about learning from it together.

Lead on,

Matt Tresidder - CEO, Leadr
