Let’s F*cking Grow!
Two New AI Sidekicks for Self-Discovery and Change
I’ve built two free AI sidekicks to help you grow, reflect, and reframe your life. They’re simple to use – just click and explore!
You’re welcome. ;-)
For those uneasy about AI’s impact, I share your concern – and wrote about it here: Why I Haven’t Quit AI…Yet. I’ve got my eye on AI the way I once kept my eye on red meat and nicotine. And I don’t ingest either of those anymore.
So, color me wary.
That said: Onward.
I’ll be as succinct as I can be, which is often not very succinct: I’ve created two powerful new GPTs – purpose-built AI assistants that help you meet and maybe even solve personal challenges. I’m thrilled to share them with you. Ideally, I’d love for you to engage with them and report back!
The first is The Inner Room, a self-discovery companion that’s admittedly and explicitly not a substitute for a therapist or a coach – it’s just a dumb AI tool – but has been created to be a helpful companion as you pursue growth, change, and self-transformation. And unlike a real therapist or coach or insightful friend, it’s free, and you can’t exhaust it! I’ve stitched all my previous AI prompt architectures together in the Inner Room, as well as invited in precious wisdom from everyone from Alan Watts to Victor Frankl, from Freud to Jung to Sartre.
Come on in!
The second is Future You Studio, a GPT I built based on a technique neuroscientists call “cognitive reframing.” (Here’s a great article that describes how effective it can be.) Want to set yourself on a new course? This GPT is your helpful sidekick.
Let’s engage. Let’s see what happens when we mix curiosity, courage, and code.
LFG!
I agree big time AI is a 'Companion,' and a helpful one. I have logged hour-plus conversations (that helped me talk through blockers). But with 'Gemini Live' and 'Perplexity Assistant' and 'ChatGPT Voice Mode,' I see no reason to 'branch' or build one's own. Am I missing why?
