Pay owners directly through Hospitable
You can now pay property owners with your bank account and distribute funds to multiple owner accounts in a single payout run. The system uses the same amounts from your published statements, eliminating manual data entry and payment errors. Free to try through the end of 2025. Give guests a secure portal experience
Guests now confirm their last name before accessing their portal, adding security and a polished feel. Soon, we’ll support custom check-in forms where you can ask your own questions, configure which reservations they appear on, and integrate chat history for direct reservations right in the portal.
Automate recollection of deposits
When a security deposit collection fails due to low balance or expired cards, Hospitable now automatically retries for you. The system re-triggers the guest portal task and sends clear instructions to guests to update their payment information. No more manual back-and-forth messages or follow-ups required.
Take control of your last-minute pricing strategy
Customize when discounts kick in and how much to take off as check-in approaches. Set up to 5 different checkpoints starting 60 days out, or increase prices for reservations made far in the future beyond your primary booking window. Experiment with different strategies and easily reset to Hospitable's recommended model if needed.
