Founded 120 years ago, the company is a well-known player in the Irish home and living industry. Powered by a small but mighty team, Kean’s Claremorris has remained close to its roots even as it continues to adapt to changing consumer needs and expand its digital presence.

In 2020, the business began working with the eCommerce agency, Dream Big Digital, to enhance the user experience of its online store, expand its product range, and drive online growth.

The challenge

Five years ago, Dream Big Digital worked with Kean’s Claremorris to transform its online shopping experience by completely redesigning and rebuilding its website. The agency has continued to support the business’ online evolution by helping its team navigate the changing digital marketplace.

 Under the guidance of Dream Big Digital, Kean’s Claremorris achieved an immense online growth of 450%. However, with this increased growth came increased challenges.

 The company’s catalogue expanded to include items from a wider range of categories, from electricals to garden furniture.
