Create Rules to sort your email automatically 

Best thing about Outlook is you can make Rules however you like, complicated or simple, it’s your working catch. Here’s one of them to guide how you can quickly send all messages from a single sender to a specific folder: 

  1. Right-click a message.
  2. Select Rules. 
  3. Choose Always move messages from (name of sender).
  4. Choose a folder or select New to create a new one.
  5. Select OK.

Flag email for follow-up

Make your inbox your visual reminder for follow-up with flagging, here’s how:

  1. Select an email. 
  2. Select Follow up
  3. Choose an option, or hover over the message and select the flag. 
  4. To see all of your flagged messages -

Archive email

Recall Mail 

Worried about sending something wrong or incomplete information in the mail, or worse, not putting everyone in CC, just recall the mail. Yes, you can do it as well. 

  1. Tap on the three dots on the mail thread. 
  2. In Action, select Recall message. 

And it’s done, now you’re on the safe side.
