🎊 Welcoming back a JHM Alumni Admin Fellow! 🎊 We are thrilled to announce that Aaron Williams, class of 2011’ has returned to Hopkins as Chief Administrative Officer for the Department of Pediatrics and Johns Hopkins Children's Center! Aaron, a Chicago native, first joined Hopkins as an administrative fellow from 2009 to 2011. After completing the fellowship, he went on to serve as an administrator in the Division of Rheumatology. Following years of leading major operations in New Mexico, Seattle, and Miami, he’s now coming back to the place where his health care career first took shape. Quote from Aaron: The JHM Fellowship shaped my career by combining exceptional operational rigor with something rare in leadership training—deep, lasting relationships. The fellowship builds a community of the brightest and best leaders nationwide who remain connected, supportive, and mission-driven long after the program ends. That network continues to be one of the most meaningful and influential aspects of my professional journey. Great to have you back at Hopkins Aaron! 🎉 #JohnsHopkinsMedicine #HealthcareExecutives #AdministrativeFellowship #HealthSystems #HealthManagement #HealthcareLeadership #HealthPolicy #PatientCare #HealthcareQuality #CommunityHealth #Baltimore #Maryland #HealthcareExcellence #HealthcareProfessionals #Networking #Strategy

Celebrating a Milestone Year for the Johns Hopkins Administrative Fellowship Program! 🎉 As we reflect on 2025, we are proud to celebrate a remarkable year for our program. This year marked our 36th anniversary, a testament to our enduring commitment to developing future healthcare leaders. We were honored to host 7 talented interns from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. We are thrilled to share that four of our admin fellows from the 2023-2025 cohort have chosen to continue their journeys with Johns Hopkins Medicine, one fellow has continued to law school, and one fellow has relocated to pursue an opportunity in Texas. Additionally, we have welcomed back two alumni fellows to continue their healthcare administration careers within Johns Hopkins Medicine. Many of our current and former fellows have celebrated their own milestones this year, and we are excited to be a part of their journeys.
