For the first time, more than 100 participating drivers travelled the scenic route from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah, enjoying the final miles of their journey on our island home, where we proudly shared our first-ever close-up glimpse of Wynn Al Marjan Island with the outside world. What they saw is a development accelerating with purpose, a destination that’s easy to reach and already showcasing the calibre of experiences that will define it.

Construction progress continues to advance at pace, as we drive towards an early-2027 opening in Ras Al Khaimah. The 305-metre tower has, as of 26 November, reached its 70th floor, with topping-out imminent, and 73% of panels on the façade installed. Concrete and steel works across the low-rise buildings have reached 97% completion. Inside the resort, elevator and escalator installation is ongoing and interior fit-out continues across public spaces, guest rooms and suites; of the 1,530 accommodations, structural work is complete for 99.7% and interior work is already underway in approximately 98% of them. Momentum remains strong and we look forward to sharing more updates of the region's most anticipated landmarks soon.

Our team keeps growing, and so does the camaraderie that defines it. Before sunrise, more than 50 colleagues made the short trip from Ras Al Khaimah to take part in this year’s Dubai Run, proudly carrying our name among thousands of runners from all over the world. What stood out wasn't the speed, but the spirit; the same collaboration, positivity and determination our teams bring every day on the journey to welcoming guests to Wynn Al Marjan Island in 2027. Because just like Dubai Run, opening a magnificent resort like ours isn't about rushing to the finish line, it’s about moving forward together, one step at a time.

It was a joy connecting with a community of future guests at the DP World Tour Championship in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Across two weekends, hundreds of people stopped by, heard our story and got a glimpse of what Wynn Al Marjan Island will represent when we open in 2027. And then, in true Wynn fashion, we invited them into a moment of play: sink a hole-in-one on the trickiest green on the course! The response was extraordinary; genuine excitement, real conversations and a powerful indication of how much anticipation there is for what is happening in Ras Al Khaimah.

This morning, we took part in the UAE Flag Day ceremony alongside dignitaries and government leaders of Ras Al Khaimah.   Standing beneath the flag, with our resort rising in the background, was a powerful reminder of the vision, unity and ambition that built this nation, and continues to inspire our work.   We are proud to be part of the UAE’s story and grateful for the trust of the authorities and local communities. We are honoured and committed to be writing the exciting next chapter of growth for one and all, on Al Marjan Island.

As Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development will tell you, “We live in the details.
