✨ Leaving Berlin 🇩🇪 with a full heart and a mind buzzing with inspiration.✨ After four unforgettable days at the #FallingWallsSummit2025, I’m heading home deeply inspired. I had the opportunity to share what we do at NAT4Bio, while also listening, learning, and connecting with an incredible mix of people, from Nobel laureates and astronauts to world-class scientists, artists, health experts, climate change advocates, and tech visionaries. What struck me most wasn’t just the brilliance in every room, but the sense of shared purpose, people from all over the world driven by curiosity, creativity, and a desire to make the world better. A huge shout-out to the amazing team behind Falling Walls Foundation, who promote something truly special and accessible to the entire scientific community. 🙌 Many thanks, Paul Mengeling, Alina Mendt, Katharina Schmidt, Danielle Metzler, Sebastian Turner, Andreas Kosmider, and all the team.... 💡 If you’re a scientist, #founder, student, or simply someone curious about the future, this event is absolutely worth experiencing. I’m leaving Berlin inspired, humbled, and more motivated than ever. Walls fell 🧱 , ideas rose. 🌹 💡🌍

😊 Feeling deeply honoured to have presented at the sustainability session of the #FallingWallsScienceSummit in Berlin, hosted by the Falling Walls Foundation, a remarkable platform that channels the spirit of the fall of the Berlin Wall into breaking the next walls in science, innovation and society. At NAT4Bio, we are breaking the wall of food waste. 🚀 Excited to share that we’ve completed the Fall Blueprint Showcase, the program by The Engine, the MIT-founded accelerator in Boston that empowers tough tech startups driving real impact. It was an incredible journey with Joaquín Fisch pitching NAT4Bio on stage, connecting with brilliant founders, and learning from top mentors who are shaping the future of science and innovation. The Engine plays a key role in bridging the gap between breakthrough science and scalable ventures. It is exactly the kind of ecosystem we need to bring innovation from the lab to the world. Hoy dimos cierre al #WalmartSustainabilityChallenge, programa realizado en conjunto con Walmart de México y Centroamérica y Endeavor México. En los últimos meses, hemos trabajado en cuantificar el impacto de nuestra tecnología en la operación de Walmart, y hoy tuvimos la oportunidad de presentar la propuesta de piloto a un panel interdisciplinario de expertos. Los bioproductos que desarrollamos en NAT4Bio se aplican en la post cosecha protegiendo la fruta durante el tránsito, pero también extienden la vida de estante una vez la fruta llega a la góndola. Trabajando con sus proveedores, podremos reducir las mermas de Walmart y sus costos asociados, reduciendo el uso de agroquímicos al mismo tiempo. Un agradecimiento especial a Lorena Cervantes Silva, nuestra champion, quien vio el potencial de nuestra propuesta y trabajó codo a codo con nosotros para llegar hasta acá.
