This is a chance to step into a business that's still young but already punching well above its weight. They've carved out a serious name in global compliance and verification tech, growing fast off the back of a product that actually solves problems rather than just talking about them.
Because of that growth, they're creating a brand-new sales role - and they want someone who's hungry enough to build, shape, and take ownership of the entire sales function. You won't be inheriting legacy issues or fighting internal politics. You'll be working directly with a CEO who's sharp, commercially-minded, and genuinely invested in developing their sales leader of the future.
They're looking for someone who knows how to sell complex enterprise software, handle ROI conversations confidently, and open doors in greenfield territory. This is very much a hunter role, with room to grow into more senior leadership as the team scales.
What you'll need:
Proven SaaS sales experience
Experience selling complex business software and demonstrating ROI
Strong track record in new business development with quarterly and annual targets
Familiarity with modern sales methodologies
A network in the space is helpful
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
What you'll be doing
Driving sales of a high-impact SaaS product
Running both cold and warm outreach to land meetings
Building and executing strategies to hit growth targets
Tracking market trends and spotting opportunities
Partnering with pre-sales to deliver sharp, tailored demos
Managing full sales cycles and ensuring seamless closures
Supporting contract preparation and post-sale follow-through
