We’re searching for a high-performing BDM who lives and breathes the CBD property landscape and knows how to create opportunity where hospitality, workplace experience, and premium commercial assets intersect.
If you have deep networks with property owners, landlords, managing agents, asset managers, or workplace leaders – this role is a major opportunity to shape TWG’s national growth.
What You’ll Do
Hunt and convert opportunities across the corporate vertical: Legal, Tech, Telco, Finance, Media, Comms, Advisory, Pharmaceutical.
Use your property connections to open doors in premium commercial buildings.
Partner with clients to design bespoke, future-fit solutions (no delivery model – onsite only).
Collaborate with our tenders, culinary, operations, and commercial teams to build pitch-winning proposals.
What You Bring
Strong BD background in property, commercial leasing, workplace experience, concierge, or amenity strategy.
Deep knowledge of Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane CBD building stock.
Established relationships with property stakeholders at all levels.
A natural hunter – proactive, strategic, commercially sharp.
Creative, solutions-oriented approach; able to curate ideas for clients.
Comfortable working across long sales cycles and multi-site opportunities.
