The highlight of the meeting was the state of play of the ongoing capacity building sessions with companies. Exciting Milestone for the EULEP - European Learning Platform Project leaded by Eurochambres! 🚀 I’m thrilled to share that TOBB has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adana Sanayi Odası / Adana Chamber of Industry within the framework of the EULEP project! This marks an important step forward in our mission to enhance skills in key emerging fields. A big thank to the Adana Chamber of Industry (EDIH Anadolu) for their invaluable cooperation. 🤝 As part of this collaboration between the EDIH Anatolia and EULEP projects. a coordination meeting was held to plan upcoming initiatives that will: ✅ Strengthen workforce capacity by fostering vocational education and training (VET) excellence on AI, VR, and change management ✅ Expand innovative training modules in vocational education ✅ Equip businesses with tailored training solutions for future skills in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and social innovation (change management). On 11 December, the EULEP Consortium came together online for the final Project Steering Committee meeting of 2024. The team shared exciting updates, including the European Learning Academy, which has already attracted 33 dedicated learners, with nearly 400 more signed up for the ongoing pilot phase. With big plans ahead, the group discussed next steps, adapting training materials and ramping up capacity building with companies. As the second half of the project kicks off, partners are ready to dive into VET promotion campaigns and start thinking about how to make the project results stick for the long haul.
