True digital experiences only matter when they are accessible, intuitive and inclusive for all. Across our campuses, and together with our partners and clients, we want to play an active role in re-writing the story of e-inclusion. That means helping organisations remove barriers, create clarity, and build digital solutions that bring people in rather than leave them out. One example is our recent work for the Brussels-Capital Region, paradigm.brussels. The challenge was significant. Transforming more than 200 fragmented government websites into one accessible whole. The result is a clear, human-centric portal, structured around 13 thematic hubs that serve 1.2 million residents.
