In his New Year message, our CEO, Pierre Tossut, reflects on the strong connections built with our customers in 2025 and the progress made across Puratos to better support their needs. 2025 was a year of getting closer, moving faster, and keeping innovation focused on purpose. Across everything we did, one priority guided us: being even more customer-centric while advancing food innovation for good in bakery, patisserie and chocolate. We focused on bringing our expertise closer to customers around the world. That ambition came to life through concrete actions. We strengthened our global footprint and capabilities by: · Announcing a strategic joint venture between Puratos and Guelph in China, opening a new chapter for the Asia Pacific bakery industry and expanding our ability to support customers in the region with a plant-based egg wash alternative and whipping cream. · Acquiring Bellouet, the renowned French culinary school, to further invest in craftsmanship, training and the transmission of patisserie know-how to our customers. · Installing a large-scale bakery pilot line in the United States, giving customers hands-on access to advanced baking equipment and dedicated spaces for training and product testing, while also opening the first U.S. bakery glaze production facility to accelerate innovation, sustainability and premiumization. · Meeting customers where inspiration happens. At iba in Germany, we shared breakthrough innovations and vision for the future of the industry. · At IBIE in Las Vegas, we made the city a little more red, reflecting a strong Puratos presence and the energy, engagement and commitment we shared with customers throughout the event. · We grew our Innovation Centers network with openings from Canada to Hungary, and beyond. As a result, we now have more than 120 Innovation Centers worldwide, where research and innovation meet co-creation, and where we partner closely with customers to turn ideas into solutions. None of this would be possible without our Puratos people, nor without the trust of our customers and partners. Thank you for your passion and the progress we achieved together!
